By submitting a questionnaire, completing a payment, or engaging with our platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.01About ClarittyLabClarittyLab is a decision intelligence platform that provides structured analysis, strategic guidance, and human-assisted consulting for personal, professional, and business decisions. Our services are delivered digitally via written reports, PDF documents, and video consultations.ClarittyLab is not a licensed legal advisor, financial advisor, therapist, psychologist, or medical professional. Our services are analytical and informational in nature and do not constitute professional regulated advice of any kind.Important: The analysis and recommendations provided by ClarittyLab are intended to support your decision-making process. They do not replace professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. You remain solely responsible for any decisions you make.02Acceptance of TermsBy accessing our website, submitting a questionnaire, or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.ClarittyLab reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be published on our website with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.These Terms apply to all users regardless of location, nationality, or how they accessed our platform.03Services & DeliverablesWhat we provideClarittyLab offers four service tiers:Basic (Free): Structured questionnaire, general situation overview, and an initial direction recommendation — delivered within 48 hoursPro (€90): Advanced personalized analysis, strategic recommendations, decision comparison, risk and opportunity evaluation, and a premium PDF report — delivered within 48 hoursPremium (€299): Full analysis report, one live video consultation via Microsoft Teams, future scenario discussion, personalized Q&A, and follow-up guidance — session scheduled within 72 hours of report deliveryElite (€599): High-complexity multi-variable analysis, strategic and financial calculations, long-term planning support, two live video consultations, and advanced decision frameworks — by application only, timeline agreed individuallyWhat we do not provideGuaranteed outcomes or results from any decision made following our analysisLegal, financial, medical, or psychological advice regulated by any professional bodyOngoing support beyond what is explicitly included in each service tierImplementation assistance or follow-through monitoring after deliveryDelivery timelinesClarittyLab will make every reasonable effort to meet the delivery times stated for each service tier. However, delivery timelines are estimates and not contractual guarantees. In the event of unforeseen circumstances — including illness, technical issues, or incomplete questionnaire responses — ClarittyLab reserves the right to extend delivery timelines without liability, provided the client is notified promptly.04Client ResponsibilitiesBy using ClarittyLab services, you agree to:Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in your questionnaire responsesBe at least 18 years of age at the time of purchaseUse our services only for lawful purposesNot share, resell, or distribute your analysis report to third parties without our written consentAttend scheduled video consultations at the agreed time, or provide at least 24 hours' notice to rescheduleNot record video consultation sessions without the express prior written consent of ClarittyLabQuality of analysis depends on your input. ClarittyLab's ability to deliver a meaningful, accurate analysis is directly dependent on the quality and completeness of the information you provide. If responses are incomplete, vague, or inaccurate, the quality of the analysis may be affected. This does not entitle the client to a refund or repeat delivery.05Payment & PricingAll prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are exclusive of any applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full before any service is delivered. We accept payment via the methods available on our platform at the time of purchase.ClarittyLab reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been paid and confirmed.For the Elite tier, a payment schedule may be agreed individually prior to service commencement.Currency note: Prices are set in EUR. Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion fees or exchange rate adjustments for which ClarittyLab accepts no responsibility.06Refund & Cancellation PolicyGeneral policyDue to the personalised, time-intensive, and immediately consumable nature of our services, all sales are final. ClarittyLab does not offer refunds once a questionnaire has been submitted and work on the analysis has commenced.ExceptionsPre-submission cancellation: If you have paid but not yet submitted your questionnaire, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment by contacting us at support@clarittylab.comNon-delivery: If ClarittyLab fails to deliver your report within twice the stated delivery window (96 hours for Basic/Pro, 7 days for Premium/Elite) without prior notification, you are entitled to a full refundTechnical failure: If a scheduled video consultation cannot take place due to a technical fault on ClarittyLab's side and cannot be rescheduled within 7 days, a partial refund equivalent to 50% of the session value will be offeredWhat does not qualify for a refundDissatisfaction with the recommendations or conclusions of the analysisChange of mind after questionnaire submissionFailure to attend a scheduled consultation without 24 hours' noticeIncomplete or inaccurate questionnaire responses that affected the quality of the analysisDecisions made by the client based on our analysis that did not produce the desired outcomeAll refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@clarittylab.com within 7 days of the delivery date. ClarittyLab will review and respond to all refund requests within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.07Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClarittyLab's total liability to any client for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by that client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.ClarittyLab shall not be liable for:Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damagesLoss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or anticipated savingsEmotional distress, relationship breakdown, or personal harm resulting from decisions made following our analysisAny outcome — financial, personal, professional, or relational — resulting from a decision the client made after receiving our analysisAny third-party actions, claims, or losses connected to the client's decisionTechnical failures, delays, or interruptions outside ClarittyLab's reasonable controlYou are responsible for your decisions. ClarittyLab provides analysis and structured recommendations. The final decision in every case belongs entirely to the client. We accept no liability whatsoever for the outcomes of decisions made by clients, regardless of whether those decisions aligned with our recommendations.08Intellectual PropertyAll content produced by ClarittyLab — including analysis reports, PDF documents, frameworks, methodologies, templates, website content, and any materials delivered during video consultations — remains the intellectual property of ClarittyLab.Upon payment, the client is granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use their analysis report for their own private decision-making purposes only. This licence does not permit:Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of the report with third partiesCommercial use of any analysis, framework, or methodology contained in the reportPublication of any portion of the report online or in any media without written consentUse of the report as the basis for any commercial product or serviceClarittyLab retains the right to use anonymised, aggregated, and de-identified insights from client analyses to improve its frameworks and services. No personally identifiable information will be used for this purpose.09ConfidentialityClarittyLab treats all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose the contents of any questionnaire, analysis report, or video consultation to any third party, except as required by law.In return, the client agrees not to publicly disclose, share, or publish the specific methodology, scoring frameworks, or analytical structures used in their report, as these constitute proprietary business information of ClarittyLab.Testimonials may only be used with the client's explicit written consent. Any testimonial used will include only the client's first name and the general category of decision (e.g. "career decision") unless the client authorises further detail in writing.10Rescheduling & No-Show PolicyFor Premium and Elite clients with scheduled video consultations:Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled sessionEach client is entitled to one free reschedule per service purchaseA second reschedule request may be accommodated at ClarittyLab's discretion and may incur an administrative fee of €30Failure to attend a scheduled session without 24 hours' notice will be treated as a completed session with no right to reschedule or refundIf ClarittyLab needs to reschedule, we will provide at least 24 hours' notice and offer a new slot within 5 business days11Acceptable UseYou agree not to use ClarittyLab services to:Submit false or misleading information with the intent to manipulate the analysisHarass, abuse, or threaten any ClarittyLab staff member or contractorAttempt to circumvent our payment systems or access paid services without paymentUse our services for any unlawful purposeReverse-engineer, replicate, or commercially reproduce our analytical frameworksClarittyLab reserves the right to refuse service, cancel an order, and retain payment if a client is found to have violated these acceptable use conditions.12Force MajeureClarittyLab shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, power outages, internet service interruptions, platform failures, or any other event constituting force majeure.In such cases, ClarittyLab will notify the client as soon as reasonably practicable and will make reasonable efforts to resume service delivery at the earliest opportunity. No refunds will be issued solely on the basis of a force majeure event, though delivery timelines will be extended accordingly.13Dispute ResolutionIn the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or from the use of ClarittyLab services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication in good faith.All disputes must be submitted in writing to support@clarittylab.com within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. ClarittyLab will respond within 14 business days with a proposed resolution.If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days of submission, either party may escalate to mediation under the rules of a mutually agreed mediating body. ClarittyLab is not obligated to participate in arbitration.These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any legal proceedings must be brought exclusively in the courts of Queensland, Australia, regardless of the client's country of residence.14SeverabilityIf any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.15Entire AgreementThese Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between ClarittyLab and the client with respect to the use of our services.
